30-day refund requests

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting Benecio Fine Jewelry at emmanuelhaynes762@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos so we can review the issue.

No return shipping required

For approved refunds, you may keep the item. You do not need to ship it back, and there is no return postage to pay. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refund processing

We will notify you after reviewing your request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
